I arrived to the village of Ban Laem in the evening of 19 February 2012 after a long cycling day. I was searching a place to camp and a woman called someone who spoke English. The daughter of Taksin came to take me to the homestay and there I heard about the ambitions of Mr. Santi and Mr. Taksin to create a homestay and offer a wide range of activities.
The next morning they took me to the sea and to the bird competition, showed me their cooking skills let me admire and try all the different kinds of seafood and so much more. I saw that the project had al lot of potential, so I made this website to help them sharing this unique experience.
